ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held after the meeting in November each year. The AGM is where our committee is nominated for the next year, and many important decisions that will affect the club are made at the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting is held at the Dogs Queensland Dog Showgrounds, King Avenue, Durack and the meeting commences at the completion of the November general meeting (which starts at 7pm) and not before 7.30pm. All members and guests are welcome to attend.

Apologies must be advised to the Secretary, Alecia Ugrinic via email cscqldinc@gmail.com by 12 noon on the day of the meeting, to allow sufficient time for Committee members to be contacted if the need arises for the meeting to be cancelled.

At our meetings we discuss upcoming events (Open, Championship Shows and Member only shows) and fundraising and breed promotional opportunities. All incoming correspondence is addressed and decisions and opinions are sought from all in attendance.

It is imperative that we gain the support of at least seven (7) financial members to attend each meeting. Without this minimum number, the general meeting cannot be held and all items must be carried over to the next meeting.

A club is only as strong as it's members, and we look to everyone to lend us their support.

Please come along to one of meetings and help us build a better Club for all.
